I am very happy with the service I received made appointment in the app got oil change ,tires rotated fluids filled I was very happy I got a early appointment which was great also wanted to know the price of my rear tail light he gave me all the information I needed even the part number that will have to wait till later but I was very happy with the service I received would differently recommend them

I had an oil change. The only con was the fact that it took so long. I guess they did not know that I was sitting in the waiting room that is in the show room. I asked someone to let them know where I was.

General manager refuses to even call me after multiple voice mails, and waiting there in person while she refused to leave her office while letting the service manager who is an xxxxxxx deal with it. Will never go back to this dealership ever again. And won’t recommend friends to purchase 100k trucks from them

I purchased a 2019 Buick Envision two weeks ago and I was given one key fob. I was told that I would need to purchase a second one at my own cost. I found that unacceptable but I have not received any response to my displeasure. I would hope that a reputable dealer would provide adequate keys to a vehicle that they are selling.

Mark was great no pressure sale. Dealership was clean everyone seemed friendly would shop there again.

I lost my disappearing deductible for my 2 vehicles with the extended warranties purchased from Rick Matthews.... extremely disgusted with that fact. I needed an oil change so I was given a time for the appointment but because I work all day I asked if I could bring my car in on my way to work. The Brooksville team happily agreed. I dropped it off before they opened and before I made it to work the Brooksville team had emailed me that my vehicle was finished. They were very efficient and friendly.
I was looking for a 2500 truck and found a very nice one at this dealership, I contacted them and in just a short time Kayce call me and we set up a time for me to meet Scott Clark in sales. He took me out to see the truck that i was interested in. I feel that i got a very good deal working with Scott and Joe who put all the numbers together to make it work for me.
