I heard about this dealership thru word of mouth. I am very pleased with the results not only with the service department but the sales department as well. Prompt, very polite, professional, very social and engaging. Always willing to assist you with discounts and ways to save you money wherever possible. I was a Chevy guy and now I am a Buick guy as well. I will continue to endorse this dealership not only by word of mouth but by continuing to have my cars serviced here as well. I like the goodies given out in the waiting areas as well as the free car wash and the free rides home whenever needed.

We purchased multiple cars through him at another dealership - we know who he is, his skill set, passion, commitment, dedication, and approach towards his guests. He is the consumate salesperson who generates very high ratings in customer satisfaction. John and Noah were very pleasant, accommodating, and articulated the financial pictures clearly. Overall, it was a very pleasant buying experience. I know full well I will be taken care of for any and all reasons. I am pleased with the purchase for my wife....the Denali is what she wanted, and I'm so glad we were afforded a solid deal.

Service was great as always. My only complaint is that it was an hour and a half for an oil change.

My recent purchase experience was excellent thanks to a very good sales rep, Sal. He had been recommended. He never “ sold” me a car but he allowed me to “ buy” a car! That’s professionalism! The access drive from the road could be marked more clearly. If there is a car close behind as you exit Cortez there’s a danger of getting rear ended as your brake . If you miss the entrance driveway your turn around on Cortez is difficult.

I give my sales agent 10 stars! Showroom was immaculate. Every person I saw said , hello. Access from the road is a nightmare!
