I purchased a newer used SUV from GMC Brooksville, driving home I realized I had a cracked windshield. Was told by GMC that my insurance would cover it - what! I then within a week started having ignition problems, I would hit the button to start the car and it would just continue to try to turn over but when you catch. They can't figure out what's wrong with it so I live with it. Then 2 months in not only the battery goes but the auxiliary battery so I call my salesperson they tell me to bring it up they will help did they help yep they took $7 off and I waited 4 hours. I will never use GMC in Brooksville again. The manager lies because he told me he would help with the bill I don't call $7 helping nor do I expect this many things wrong with a car I just purchased.

Everyone was good, I had the issue of the DEF exhaust and GM parts was closed in Detroit and the service and parts depts. did everything they could do to get it. I appreciate it Thanks

General manager refuses to even call me after multiple voice mails, and waiting there in person while she refused to leave her office while letting the service manager who is an xxxxxxx deal with it.
