New Vehicles

Protective 2 Year Ceramic Paint & Fabric Defense

• Exterior: Completely seals and protects paint from bird waste, tree sap, insects, acid rain, sun exposure, hard water etching, road salt, de-icing agents, weather induced cracking, peeling or loss of gloss.
• Interior: Seals out water and oil based stains. Protects from premature aging and makes cleaning easy. Food, drink, vomit, urine, pet stains, gums, crayons, ink, dyes, lipstick, makeup, blood, baby diapers, topicals oils/lotions.
• Rip & Tear Protection against permanent damage to interior including fading, cracking, loose stitching, rips or tears less than 2 inches, or punctures less than ¼ in in diameter.
• Substitute transportation reimbursement up to $35/day for 3 days during repairs.

Protective 2 Year Paintless Dent Repair

• Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Plan covers minor dents and dings up to four inches (4”) in diameter that can be fully repaired using PDR methods. Our non-invasive process does not compromise your vehicle’s factory finish. No harm to vehicle’s factory finish. No sanding, painting, or body fillers. Nationwide certified PDR service technicians utilize specialized hand tools to manipulate and flex the metal from behind the panel. Guaranteed craftsmanship restores the metallic surface back to its original form.

Protective 2 Year Key Repair and Replacement

• Repair or replacement of vehicle key(s) / remote(s) lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed, including any applicable programming. Coverage is limited to $800 per covered repair or replacement, and we will only replace one vehicle key/remote every 12 months beginning from the contract purchase date during the term of the contract.
• Up to $250 per covered repair or replacement to replace other non-programmable key(s) lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed.
• Reimbursement up to $100 per occurrence for towing and/or lock-out expenses if the vehicle becomes inoperable or you are locked out of the vehicle, due to vehicle key(s) / remote(s) being lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed, or locked inside of the vehicle (regardless of whether it results in a covered repair or replacement). This allowance includes reimbursement for expenses incurred to have the vehicle towed to a repair facility and/or to obtain assistance to unlock the vehicle.
• Reimbursement up to $50 per day, for a maximum of 2 days per occurrence, for expenses incurred to rent a substitute vehicle from a licensed rental car agency or for public or private commercial transportation if you have a covered repair or replacement and are not able to repair or replace your vehicle key(s)/remote(s) and drive the vehicle on the same day as the vehicle key(s)/remote(s) are lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed.
